Who Does It Serve?

We serve Veterans and their families who are struggling with transitioning from homelessness to permanent housing, and to prevent at-risk families from becoming homeless.

What Does It Provide?

We provide help for eligible families, and may assist with other expenses that support stable housing such as; rent or security deposits, Utilities, Job search costs, child care, work clothing or tools and education opportunities.

How Do I Qualify?

You must be a Veteran by DD 214 certificate of release or discharge from active duty, that is either; homeless or are at immediate risk of being homeless, homeless and scheduled for permanent housing within 90 days or have left permanent housing within the last 90 days to seek more appropriate housing.
