The SSVF Rapid Resolution Specialist will use rapport building and motivational interviewing techniques to engage veterans in problem-solving discussions around quickly returning to friends or family rather than entering the system of care for homeless adults. This position works to resolve conflicts between a veteran and their friends and family, in order to find solutions that might enable that veteran to be housed with them for at least 90 days.
