Community Resource Desk Specialist
The Community Resource Desk Specialist is the first formal contact for clients requesting assistance from the ACCESS/Providence Resource Desk. This position is responsible for resource desk duties including, welcoming clients by phone or in person, assisting clients in filling out applications for insurance, social service programs, other various form support and providing information and referrals in response to the client’s health and welfare needs.
