Course Registration

Education is a focus of the Homeownership Center at ACCESS. The ability to empower those who need it the most has enabled the program to help hundreds in buying their first home. ACCESS hosts Homeownership Education Classes to find out what it takes to qualify for an affordable loan program and closing cost. Attendees can learn the following: 

  • Learn the basics of mortgage financing and qualifying for a home loan that suits your needs
  • Find out about down payment and closing cost assistance programs for first-time homebuyers
  • Learn about the Dream$avers/Individual Development Account (IDA) program, which can help you save more for down payment assistance and closing costs

Pre-registration is required. For more information, email or call the Homeownership Center at ACCESS at hocinfo@accesshelps.org or 541-774-4305.

To register, fill out a registration packet (step one) and then pay the registration fee (step two). Both steps must be completed for registration to be confirmed.
