  3. Continue to make regular payments on your bill and contact your utility company to work out a time pay agreement for any overdue amount.

The ACCESS Energy Assistance Program provides a one-time (typically once per program year) payment towards clients’ energy bills and the client does not need to be in danger of disconnection or be disconnected to receive assistance.
