ACCESS has been assisting Jackson County residents who are working toward self-sufficiency with affordable housing for more than 45 years. ACCESS currently owns 108 units of affordable housing, and has developed more than 200 units, each with low maintenance costs and energy efficiency.

Birch Corners

Birch Corners is a single-story apartment complex located on the corner of Main and Summit Streets in Medford, Oregon. Birch Corners was constructed in the spring of 1994 and consists of two four-plex buildings.

Four Oaks
428 W. 4th Street, Medford, OR 97501
Four Oaks Apartments is located on the corner of Fourth and Oakdale Streets in Medford, Oregon. ACCESS purchased and remodeled Four Oaks in the fall of 1999. Four Oaks Apartments is a two-story complex consisting of seven units.
- Six 1-bedroom units, three of which are flats, and one 2-bedroom unit
- Spacious 1 and 2-bedroom units
- On-site laundry facility
- Amenities include: range, refrigerator, covered entryway, and air conditioning
Woodrow Pines

Woodrow Pines is located on Woodrow Lane, near Crater Lake Avenue, in Medford, Oregon. Woodrow Pines consists of a two-story apartment building consisting of seven 1-bedroom units, and another building with a house and four bedrooms for a shared living environment.

Wyatt House

Wyatt House is a single-story, five-bedroom two-bath home for men located on Wyatt Dr. in Medford, Oregon. Constructed in 1995, the complex has on-site laundry facilities, cable TV, and wifi.

Hyde Park Apartments
2272-2282 Dollarhide Way, Ashland, OR 97520
Hyde Park is a two-story apartment complex located on Dollarhide Way in Ashland, OR. Hyde Park was constructed in 2013 and consists of six total units (two of which are handicapped accessible). The complex has on-site laundry facilities, energy-efficient appliances, patio area with storage, and is a smoke-free community. ACCESS as a manager of the complex and under the auspices of its Social Services Coordinator, will either provide or coordinate various services specific to the targeted populations.
