Affordable Housing

For over 15 years, ACCESS has been dedicated to providing Jackson County residents with safe, decent, affordable places to live.

As a Community Development Corporation (CDC), ACCESS has been designing, funding and managing affordable housing since 1992. In addition to creating agency-owned housing, we have partnered with other non-profits and for-profits in the creation of affordable housing for families, seniors and people with disabilities.

Over the years we have successfully developed more than 200 units of affordable housing and are currently managing many of these units. Each complex is unique unto itself, but all are esthetically pleasing, environmentally friendly, durable, low maintenance, cost and energy efficient.

Applications and photos are available on-line and available for review.

In addition to our own portfolio of affordable housing, ACCESS maintains a complete listing of all affordable housing available in Jackson and Josephine Counties.

This list is available on-line for your use and convenience.
