The Support Services Program Director is a member of the ACCESS senior management team, with direct responsibility for programs serving Veterans, low income families, senior citizens and people with disabilities. The position manages a team of twenty employees and oversees a budget of approximately six million.

The Finance Manager works within the Finance Department working closely with the Finance Director to ensure accurate and timely account reporting. This position supervises and oversees the Fiscal department staff to ensure compliance with grant regulations and ensure the smooth operation of programs.

The Outreach Specialist’s focus is to locate and engage homeless Veterans and their families who may be eligible for rental housing assistance. This position works collaboratively with a multi disciplinary team in navigating through complex resources and processes. This position will conduct outreach by making direct contact to potential eligible Veterans and their families by providing information about both housing opportunities and other services in the community. This position will work within an office environment as well as frequent travel within Jackson County.
