The Weatherization Technician creates and supports all interior technical support. Addresses client’s no heat situations and performs inspections and audits in client’s homes for weatherization. Audit homes for weatherization assistance and home repairs in order to improve efficiency and/or correct any potentially threatening conditions.

Provides the Executive Director, Finance Committee and Board of Directors with relevant financial data necessary for budgetary and financial decisions. Oversees the efficient and timely performance of the fiscal department including supervising and overseeing all Finance Department staff. Lead staff position within the management team to develop fiscal department objectives and work plans, as well as organizational policies and procedures for fiscal functions. Reports to the Executive Director and is a member of the agency’s Executive Management Team.

Provides day-to-day administration of payroll, researching, communicating, and processing payroll transactions. Responsible for issuance of semi-monthly payroll checks and direct deposits for ACCESS. Assists with all accounting tasks performed in the accounting office and performs accounting functions in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and ACCESS policies. This position serves as backup for other accounting personnel.

Perform preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance services for the ACCESS main buildings as well as apartment complexes owned and managed by ACCESS.
