ACCESS Helps OHSI Preserve the American Dream

Hope for Struggling Homeowners
 
(Jackson & Josephine Counties, OR) – ACCESS announces foreclosure prevention programs available to distressed homeowners throughout Jackson and Josephine Counties, Oregon.
 
The Oregon Homeownership Stabilization Initiative (OHSI), Home Rescue Program, will provide assistance to Oregon homeowners struggling to pay their mortgage. Designed to help homeowners pay their 1st mortgage, qualified applicants can receive up to 12 monthly mortgage payments or $20,000, whichever is used first. To help homeowners with delinquent 1st mortgages, the program can also provide a reinstatement benefit of up to $15,000.
 
Also available to qualifying Oregon homeowners are the OHSI Loan Preservation Assistance Program (LPA) that will fully reinstate 1st mortgages up to $40,000. The OHSI LPA Reverse Program can reinstate reverse mortgage for property taxes, homeowner’s insurance, and HOA fees up to $40,000. For Oregon homeowners that own their property free and clear, but are behind on their taxes, can benefit up to $40,000 through the LPA Property Tax.
